Charli correctly identified a favorite spring time perennial, Bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis). The short-lived flowers are truly amazing! They are typically pollinated by small bees, In the event that doesn’t happen it can self-pollinate! There are several varieties that boast 10-20 or more petals.
