WILL filed a lawsuit in Jefferson County Circuit Court against the Higher Educational Aids Board, a state agency responsible for administering the Minority Undergraduate Retention Program, for violating the Wisconsin Constitution by discriminating based on race and national origin.

WILL Deputy Counsel, Anthony LoCoco, provides a new analysis on the Equality Act, currently under consideration in Congress. Anthony writes, "It is not an overstatement to say that the bill represents probably the greatest threat to religious liberty in the United States of the last thirty years or more, and that its passage would represent an utter betrayal of the fundamental values upon which the country was founded."
