Last week, Hank led new legislation along with
Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, Rep. Mondaire Jones
and Senator Ed Markey to reform the Supreme Court — and this
bold, common-sense proposal is already making waves.
John — Will you join Hank’s
fight by pitching in a contribution today?

John — The Supreme Court of
the United States is broken. It’s beyond time that we stop
thinking about the Supreme Court as an unchanging body and
consider seriously whether its current structure allows it to
effectively administer justice and uphold the rule of law.
That’s why Hank has led a new bill to expand the
Supreme Court from nine justices to thirteen justices. This will
bring the court back in line with the traditional precedent of
one Supreme Court justice for every circuit court. A reformed
Supreme Court will be able to hear more cases and have a better
distributed workload.
But we aren’t naive,
John, this won’t be an easy fight.
It’s going to require massive grassroots power. That’s why we are
asking if you will join Hank’s movement here by pitching in a
donation today.
