When we started our re-election campaign, I made a pledge to reject all corporate PAC money because I wanted to run a grassroots campaign fueled by hard-working folks across Colorado.

And that’s exactly what we’re doing. Thank you for being a part of this campaign, but I noticed you haven’t made a contribution yet and I have to be honest about something...

Last quarter, our campaign raised less than the other races CNN ranks as most likely to flip. This makes us even more of a target.

Right-wing groups have attacked me on digital platforms and in the news. My good friend, John Hickenlooper, needed to raise mountains of cash to compete with the outside attacks against him and the truth is, we just don’t have the kind of resources he did.

If we want to remain competitive, overcome the GOP’s attacks, and protect our fragile Democratic majority, we need to win in Colorado. But I’m a little worried about the road ahead with numbers like these. So, I’m humbly asking:
