Everything we do to prevent suicide and support those affected is made possible by our volunteers. Connected by local chapters across the country, it is our volunteers who bring our educational programs to communities, bolster our advocacy efforts, support our Walks, and raise awareness of our research findings and our incredible loss and healing resources for those who need them.
This year, the COVID-19 pandemic has made so much of our lives challenging and uncertain. Yet we relied on one of our core organizational values – Community – as our incredible volunteers banded together in pursuit of our common goal, and found innovative solutions and strategies to continue our mission.
