The entire Democratic agenda should not be dependent on any one Senator.
But too much of it is. We can change that.

[ [link removed] ]Donations now to key Senate Democratic nominee funds in MO, PA, NC, OH
could change that because Republican Senate retirements are boosting our
chances to flip these red seats to blue and expand our majority in the
Senate. (Also in WI, especially if Ron Johnson retires.)

Nominee funds go to the Democrat who wins the nomination in each state,
giving the nominees an immediate infusion of cash at one of the most
critical times in the campaign.

Here are a few of the bills passed by the House that are stuck in the
Senate. (This doesn't even include President Biden's American Jobs Plan
because it hasn't been drafted into an actual bill yet, or a $15 minimum
wage or DC statehood -- two bills the House has yet to pass.)

George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. This policing reform bill bolsters
police accountability and prevents problem officers from moving from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Bipartisan Background Checks Act. This bill would expand background checks
on individuals seeking to purchase or transfer firearms.

Enhanced Background Checks Act. The Enhanced Background Checks Act of 2021
would close the "Charleston loophole," a gap in federal law that lets gun
sales proceed without a completed background check if three businesses
days have passed. It is linked to a shooting in 2015 in Charleston, South
Carolina, where a white supremacist used the loophole to obtain firearms
he used to kill nine Black people during a Bible study at Mother Emanuel
AME Church.

For the People Act. A sweeping anti-corruption and government ethics
package to protect our democracy, stop voter suppression, end partisan
gerrymandering, and reform campaign finance.

The American Dream and Promise Act. Creates a pathway to citizenship for
millions of Dreamers.

Remove deadline for the Equal Rights Amendment. Allows Congress to ratify
the ERA which states, in part, "Equality of rights under the law shall not
be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of
sex."

Equality Act. Extends existing civil rights protections to LGBTQ
Americans. It prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual
orientation, and gender identity.

Violence Against Women Act. This law expired in 2018 after Democrats and
Republicans could not agree on changes to make before re-upping it. It is
to reduce domestic and sexual violence against women.

These bills and more are too important to be dependent on one senator.
