As the executive director of All On The Line, I wanted to let you know that Apportionment Day is quickly approaching. This process happens every 10 years and determines the number of U.S. House seats allotted to each state -- states could lose or gain seats. Depending on the results of last year’s census, some states will have hard decisions to make about how to redraw the maps with more or less representation. Apportionment Day, in a way, will kick off the next phase of the map drawing process. Our team is preparing for this major day in the redistricting process and I want to know some of your thoughts, as well. Take our quick survey and let us know how you feel about the possibility of your state losing or gaining seats in the House.
Thanks, Biz All On The Line is the grassroots advocacy campaign supported by the National Redistricting Action Fund. Support our work to end gerrymandering.
