Can you believe it’s been one whole year since Global Citizen’s One World: Together At Home broadcast special? Today, we’re excited to announce that 100% of the funding raised through the event is helping millions of families and communities around the world survive the COVID-19 pandemic.
In just 12 months, more than 140 frontline organizations have provided emergency COVID-19 aid, relief, services, PPE, and much more to health workers and communities experiencing hardship — thanks to your actions.
That’s 26.6 million meals, health insurance to 3,920 farmers, COVID-19 testing facilities, jobs training, and emergency shelter — and that’s just the start.
Every action you take really does make a difference in the fight to end extreme poverty, impacting the lives of people in the world's hardest-to-reach places.
