It’s ironic that during last month, Women’s History Month, the Biden administration and Democrat-led Congress tried to ram through some of the most anti-women legislation in history.

The so-called Equality Act, which recently passed the House, changes the definition of “sex” under federal law to mean “gender identity,” a broad and undefined category that swallows legal protections for females.

Congress is also trying to revive the outdated Equal Rights Amendment… an amendment that failed to pass 40 years ago. The misnamed ERA would require that the government treat women and men the same, irrespective of circumstances.

It’s outdated and unnecessary. Our Constitution and numerous state and federal statutes already prohibit sex discrimination.

Rather than trying to expand opportunities, freedom, and choices for women, at a time when we need them most, the left is stifling and restricting them.

This is the REAL War on Women… and it’s coming from the hypocritical left.
