Hey team --
I’m so excited to introduce myself -- and even more excited to be a part of Team Delgado. I’m Christian, and I’m Antonio’s campaign manager for the 2022 election cycle.
I started working on campaigns right out of college and traveled around the country working on different races, but came back to the Hudson Valley in 2017 to work on some Dutchess County municipal races. That was how I met Antonio.
By the end of 2017, I became Antonio’s field director and worked on his first campaign through the primary and general elections --
it was the best job I ever had...until this one.
When I first joined Team Delgado, it was because I saw how dedicated of a public servant Antonio is -- and it’s my favorite thing about him.
Little did I know that I’d become a part of a movement much bigger than a typical congressional job -- and end up being tied to folks in NY-19 and beyond who center love and compassion at the core of the work.
Whether it’s fighting for the expansion of health care or for ensuring our rural communities have got the resources they need to thrive, I’ve learned that there are simply no leaders like Antonio -- and I’m proud to show up for him right alongside you, team. NY-19 is close to me in so many different ways. I spent a lot of time in Ulster and Dutchess County growing up. I remember as a kid, my mom used to drive to a dairy farm near New Paltz to pick up 10 gallons of fresh milk for the family -- we loved supporting our local farmers.
Working for Antonio has made me realize just how important it truly is to support our community as a whole -- and that something as little as buying milk from our local farmers can make such a difference.
Being a part of Team Delgado for so long, I’ve learned just how much Antonio cares for our community -- ignoring the national spotlight that could’ve been available to him. Instead, he has stayed focused on showing up to do the work for his constituents.
We deserve a leader in Congress who continuously shows up to do the work. So please, chip into Antonio’s reelection campaign today -- because Antonio’s the leader that continuously shows up.
