I want to briefly talk about our campaign's Facebook ads program, and why it's so important that we hit this $12,800 goal before our call on Monday.

My campaign's research confirms what we already knew: Facebook is the primary platform for political discussion for the voters we need to win in this highly targeted race. We're not alone in the need to prioritize Facebook -- the national political discussion has been moving online for years now. But, the level of concentration on Facebook in NJ-03 is unique.

Far-right interest groups know it too, which is why they're already pouring money into our race. They know I can't be bought, so they'll say anything they can to try to buy this election instead. And since Washington Republicans know their path to retaking the majority runs through NJ-03, they're all too willing to help.

But, here's the problem: Our campaign hasn't invested in Facebook ads since our final get-out-the-vote push last November. Truthfully, our initial campaign plans didn't include starting Facebook ads up again so soon either. But the misinformation campaigns started up again, so we're meeting on Monday to move up our calendar and talk through the options.

I'm hoping that's where you'll come in, friend. Knowing that we have another $12,800 on hand will unlock a lot of options for us in that discussion. But based on the latest report my team shared, we're still about $8,300 short. If you can give $5, $10, $25, or whatever you can right now, it would be a major lift -- right when we need it the most.
