In Congress there is a move to pack the Supreme Court by increasing the number of justices from nine to thirteen. 

This heavy handed political tactic attacks the underlying structures of our country and threatens our system. This divisive maneuver attempts to achieve in the court  what wasn’t achieved at the ballot box.  It’s unfair and an abuse of power.  A similar move failed one-hundred years ago and it must fail again now.

I’m confident we can stop it. We are standing in the gap to push back and call out this latest political power move.
