When We all Vote [[link removed]]
Hi John,
We’ve talked to you a lot about voter suppression lately -- and if it’s seemed like that’s all we’re focused on, it’s because the number of state legislatures introducing and passing bills that restrict voting access is increasing every day.
Just this year, over 350 bills that include voter suppression tactics are making their way through 47 state legislatures across the country. The one thing that they all have in common? These proposals will disproportionately disenfranchise people of color and seriously restrict access to the ballot box. We can’t put a stop to this without your help.
Will you donate $5 today to help us fight voter suppression across the country? Your contribution will allow us to invest in the tools and resources needed to help put pressure on Congress to pass vital federal legislation like the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.

The For the People Act, which is currently awaiting a vote in the Senate, would enact common sense voting reforms that would expand voting rights, including allowing universal access to vote by mail, restoring the right to vote for people with felony convictions, ending partisan gerrymandering, instituting automatic voter registration, and more. The For the People Act would help stop voter suppression in its tracks and prevent the damage that is currently being proposed in hundreds of bills across the country, including the voter suppression law that just passed in Georgia.
This is our moment to help stop voter suppression. Donate today and help us put the power back in the hands of the people. [[link removed]]
