Team: Fundraising numbers from the first quarter of 2021 are going public, and we have a serious problem: Republicans brought in $33.7 million in the first quarter of 2021 — a record-breaking number for their party in an off year.
While Democrats have spent the first part of the year passing legislation and delivering aid to the American people, Republicans have been holding fundraisers and building a warchest to help them take back the House in 2022.
Already, Republicans are using these funds to launch attacks at our members in critical swing districts that we NEED to hang onto if we’re going to keep our Democratic majority in 2022.
