WTP Executive Director Featured in United Nations Survival Stories Project
Doubek is the first human trafficking survivor from the United States to be featured in a project seeking to educate the public and share empowering stories about the lives of human trafficking survivors from all over the globe.

“In Washington State the average age someone is first trafficked is only 14 years old. Human trafficking prevention education and exit services for survivors are underfunded by our state, counties, and cities in Washington. Most school districts in Washington State continue to deprioritize human trafficking prevention education,” says Doubek.
