| Fellow American, I’m Senator Rick Scott from Florida – and for the next two years I have the honor of serving as the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee. In my job, I have one role: Take back the Senate from the far-Left Democrats and return some sanity to our country. I’m writing to you today to let you know about a conversation I recently had with former President Donald Trump. My main takeaway from our meeting was how invested he is in seeing Republicans retake the Senate majority next year. I told him that my team is working night and day to build the support we need to make it happen. That’s why before April 30th my team and I have set a goal of finding 50,000 conservatives to pledge their support to our efforts; taking back the Senate will be an “all hands-on deck” effort.  It’s going to be a monumental task – Democrats are going to fight like hell to hold onto their 50-50 Senate majority; Chuck Schumer is going to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to paint Republicans in the worst possible light. Democrats will lie about Republicans’ records of accomplishment and they will smear us every chance they get. Think about what is at stake IF Republicans can’t flip the Senate next year:
Victory is within reach – but we will come up short if we don’t have the support of every conservative from across the country. I’m passionate about our shared conservative beliefs and I’m asking you to add your name to our petition today pledging your support to our cause. President Trump and I are counting on you.
