** New Lawsuit: CLC Represents Civic Participation Groups Suing Georgia To Stop Restrictive Anti-Voter Law ([link removed])
------------------------------------------------------------
CLC is representing VoteAmerica, the Voter Participation Center and the Center for Voter Information in a lawsuit filed in federal district court in Georgia to block a new state law, S.B. 202. S.B. 202 threatens to put up barriers to silence Georgia voters by limiting core political speech protected by the First Amendment.

To move forward together, we must ensure Americans can cast a ballot, so we are able to elect leaders who govern in our interests and make the promise of our democracy real for us all.
