John — The Supreme Court
of the United States is broken.

An institution that used to shift and change with
the needs of the nation has become hopelessly stagnated and
outdated. Despite the increasing caseloads and the desperate need
for a court that stands up for our fundamental rights — we see a
status-quo system mired in the past. This only helps the special
interests and leaves everyday Americans behind.

That’s why I am introducing legislation to reform
the Supreme Court by adding four seats to the body. If you
support this type of reform, will you let me know by adding your
name today? ( [link removed] )

John — Me, you and
countless Americans are counting on the Supreme Court to defend
our rights. The Court is meant to be the last line of defense for
civil liberties, but in recent decades it has become outdated and
broken.

Leaning on my experience as a former magistrate
judge and as the current Chairman of the Subcommittee on Courts,
Intellectual Property, and the Internet, I began to develop a
plan with my colleagues to fix this.

Together, Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry
Nadler, Rep. Mondaire Jones and I, along with Senator Ed Markey,
are putting forward this bold plan to add four seats to the
Supreme Court and get it working for the people again. Will you
add your name in support of this vision of reform?
