We’re so happy to see the amazing outpouring of support for this campaign since we officially launched just two weeks ago. It just goes to show how ready the folks of CA-25 are for new leadership.
But right now, we have some tough news -- Mike Garcia brought in really strong fundraising numbers for the first fundraising quarter of this year. All of his big right-wing donors are already thrilled with his 2021 voting record, and they’re pouring money into his coffers.
To match his fundraising numbers, we need to raise an additional $15,000 by the end of the month -- way more than we’d planned for April. Can you pitch in $5 or anything you’re able to help us meet this increased goal?

Mike has held onto this seat -- our community’s seat -- for a year despite razor-thin margins in the last election. What has he done with this privilege? He’s pursued a no-holds-barred agenda of… endearing himself to the far-right.
He’s cast doubt on the results of the 2020 election (an election he himself was on the ballot for), supported insurrectionists, and consistently voted against the interests of our friends and family.
Mike Garcia has shown that our worst fears about him were always true. We’re well positioned to rid CA-25 of his failed leadership once and for all -- but we’re going to need a lot of resources, both to make up for Mike’s strong fundraising performance in the first quarter and to run our first round of Facebook ads.
John, will you chip in $5 to power the movement to defeat Mike Garcia? If we don’t meet our increased April goal, we won’t be able to fulfill our plans for our first social media ad buy. We’re counting on you to help us get there!
