Friend, in spite of everything the last two years have thrown at us -- our city has made tremendous progress.

This week, we want to highlight some of that progress leading up to Monday's Inauguration Day:

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic Phoenix City Council:

Allocated more than $20 million in rental and utility assistance to help those Phoenicians impacted by the economic turndown

Secured $5 million in federal relief for food aid

Secured $51 million in federal Emergency Rental Assistance for eligible Phoenicians impacted by COVID-19.

Phoenix remains the fastest growing city in the nation, and thanks to our quick response, we have been able to continue that success by supporting our small business owners and families with:

$3.3 million in federal relief funding to extend WiFi access to ensure resources are available for those working or learning from home.

15-months of help with past due rent.

$15 million allocated to support our small business community.

And a hotline dedicated to small businesses that has already spoken with and assisted more than 6,000 businesses.

Mayor Kate Gallego and the Phoenix City Council remain dedicated to implementing measures to stop the spread of COVID-19, including upholding mask requirements.

We invite you to join us in marking this tremendous progress by joining our Inauguration Day live stream at on Monday, April 19th at 10:00 AM. Click here to sign up for the live stream link >>>

Thank you for all you do to make our campaign a success -- we'll see you Monday morning!
