To get you in the mood for a summer of love and rage, you are invited to an exclusive screening of The Race to Save the World - a brand new film that follows the actions of passionate climate activists in the USA.
Screening on 21 April 2021 7pm-9.30pm BST, the film will be followed by a panel discussionbetween some of the activists featured in the film, alongside some of XRUK's very own rebels.
Tickets cost £10 and around £4 from every ticket will go to XRUK.
The Race to Save The World follows several US climate heroes aged 15 to 72, fighting for a liveable future, regardless of the personal cost. Sound familiar?!
Created by Emmy award-winning filmmaker Joe Gantz, the film is an intimate portrait of the protests, arrests, courtroom drama, and family turmoil these activists endure as they push for change.
With our very own Shell7 on trial right now, this film is a reminder that we need activists across the World to stand together against the forces that are leading us towards extinction.
