John, the National Republican Congressional Committee is keeping its eye on Katie.

Just a few months ago, the NRCC announced that Katie is a top target to unseat in 2022. This means that the GOP and powerful Republican Super PACs are going to start mobilizing their donors, direct large sums of money into our district, and provide resources—all so they can unseat Katie next year and flip the district back red.

Katie’s district was red before she won the seat in 2018. We have to continue to keep the momentum going, and keep up with our fundraising—which is how Katie can stay competitive against her next well-funded challenger.
