We’re just about halfway through April and folks, what a month it’s been.

1. The New Mexico Democratic Party chose Melanie Stansbury as our nominee to fill Secretary Haaland’s seat in Congress. This grassroots team raised over $6,000 to help Melanie kick her campaign off strong.

2. President Biden introduced the American Jobs Plan, which will be our nation’s largest investment in jobs, infrastructure, and the environment since WWII. Martin is working hard to pass this game-changing bill in the Senate and deliver results to working people across the country.

3. Over the past two weeks, Martin visited Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks and the Santa Teresa Port of Entry in Las Cruces, and more. Martin continues to spend all of his time advocating for New Mexico, both here at home and in Washington.

We’re focused on making progress on all fronts, supporting frontline Democrats, and delivering on our promises to folks like you. But our work is powered by grassroots donations of $10 or $25 to emails like this, and right now we’re trailing behind on our April fundraising goal.
