The $59.2 billion, two-year budget includes:
- $7 billion in federal funds from the American Rescue Plan to provide relief for households and support our state’s public health system.
- Expansions for high-quality childcare and early learning.
- Funding for comprehensive police reform efforts.
- Resources directed towards wildfire prevention.
- Investments in Washington’s state parks.
- Funding to assist schools to safely reopen.
