Hey John -- We just wrapped up our April strategy meeting and wanted to loop you in on some key points:

INTERNAL STRATEGY MEMO

Three areas of concern in the fight to re-elect Colin Allred to Congress:

1. Republicans only need 5 seats to take back the House -- and Colin is one of their top targets. Chip in $5 to help build a warchest so we can fight back against their incoming attacks → [link removed]

2. Dark money groups spent millions of dollars in the last election to flood our airwaves and mislead voters, and we can expect even more this time around. Colin rejects all corporate PAC money, so we need to continue to build on the grassroots movement. Donate any amount to support our people-powered efforts → [link removed]

3. Texas will redraw congressional districts this year, giving Republicans an opportunity to create a tougher path to victory for Colin. Donate now to help us strengthen our relationship with current supporters and reach out to new voters → [link removed]

Bottom line: We’re up for a fight and this grassroots team is our biggest asset in the effort to keep Colin in Congress delivering for North Texas.

But as of right now, we’re tracking $8,000 behind where we need to be at this point in the month -- which could seriously impact what we’re able to accomplish down the line.

If you’re able, will you chip in $5, $25, or whatever you can spare to help us get back on track before Friday and keep this seat blue?

Thank you,

Team Allred
