As we come out of lockdown over the next few months, you can find our latest coronavirus guidance here. You might be feeling excited about the changes, or anxious – or both. Deborah's story: Finding out I'm at risk of type 2 diabetes
 
 "For me it’s always been about making small changes as they’ll eventually add up." Having a history of type 2 diabetes in her family, Deborah wasn't surprised to find out she was at risk too when she took our Know Your Risk survey. She signed up for the Diabetes Prevention Programme, and has been making lots of small, healthy lifestyle changes to reduce her risk.

Diabetes services have been affected by the pandemic, and for too many people, getting the support they need to manage their diabetes has been put on hold.
