Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

I’ll be short and direct….

…Judicial Watch continues to be very effective in our mission of standing firm for the rule of the law and going after corrupt politicians.

And with your generous support, I promise to continue to fight hard on issues you care most about like the following:

  • Our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) document requests and looming lawsuits to learn whether Biden executive orders to dismantle Trump immigration regulations and open our borders (which have directly resulted in an unprecedented new crisis of illegal aliens, including “unaccompanied minors” flooding over the Mexican border), exceeded the president’s constitutional authority and creating a huge health and humanitarian crisis.
  • Our highly successful mission to keep elections honest and help reduce the incidence of voter fraud by compelling states to comply with federal law to take reasonable steps to keep their voting rolls accurate. We are currently suing Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina and Pennsylvania following successful lawsuits in several other states.
  • Our ongoing FOIA document requests and litigation to get to all the facts about Biden family influence-peddling schemes that span from Ukraine to China.
  • Our historic lawsuit continues against the city of San Francisco and Santa Clara County, California, over their deadly “sanctuary” policies. They take on critical “precedential” importance today as liberal mayors and governors now operate more than 500 sanctuary counties, cities and states across America; and the Biden administration attempts to gut our laws against illegal immigration.

As far as I’m concerned, we can’t ever do enough to fight for the rule of law and honest and open government. When it comes to using the courts to support the rule of law and government transparency, Judicial Watch is still the “only game in town.”

That’s why your best donation today is so important.

Personally, I can’t think of a time in our twenty-seven-year history that a strong Judicial Watch has been more important to our nation. I am extremely grateful for your generous support of our mission.

Sincerely,

Tom Fitton

President
