Democracy HUBS is building longer-term capacity for integrated voter engagement in Massachusetts, similar to what Stacey Abrams and other activists undertook in Georgia.
Like these counterparts, Democracy HUBS has the track record to prove they make good use of every dollar in the door to build sustained power in communities often overlooked in our political process.
- Last year they worked with and supported 38 community organizations in 17 Gateway Cities and Boston to provide data and guidance on how to run field programs.
Contribute now to help them expand these efforts!
- They conducted 80,000 conversations with voters, 71% of whom are likely people of color (compared with 20.8% of all eligible voters).
Contribute now to help them reach more voters!
- They organized coalition phone banks to call every low-income (household income under $40,000) Spanish-speaking voter, every low-income Black voter, every low-income known Chinese-speaking voter, and every known Haitian Creole-speaking voter.
Contribute now to ensure they can outreach to every community!
Joe Kennedy and Groundwork are hosting a virtual event with Democracy HUBS on Thursday. This event is free and open to the public. The goal is to share stories of their organizing efforts and how they are building for the future.

Together, we can win equitable political representation, fair districts, policy reforms to address systemic injustice, and a political system that reflects and responds to all communities in the commonwealth.
Democracy HUBS is supporting local grassroots leaders from communities of color, reaching 1 million voters, and moving a statewide equity agenda in the next four years.
Please contribute to their cause and/or join us Thursday to hear more!
