Last year, this team fought hard to defeat Donald Trump and flip the U.S. Senate. But the margin was extremely slim — Donald Trump only lost Wisconsin by 0.6%.

That’s why Mitch McConnell and his rolodex of shady megadonors already have their sights set on winning Wisconsin’s Senate race next November and reclaiming the Senate majority — setting the stage to make this race one of the most expensive and competitive battlegrounds in the country.

Folks, we can’t afford to lose here and let McConnell get back to the business of stifling progress at the chamber doors. But we must come to terms with the hard truth that McConnell and his allies could easily squeak by next November and reclaim the Senate majority if we do nothing to stop them.
