Friend,

You may have heard the news that my friend -- and fellow senator from Vermont -- Bernie Sanders experienced a medical emergency on Tues‌day even‌ing.

Thankfully, he received quality care, is resting up to get back on the trail, and is in great spirits. I can't wait to see him back at work soon.

And like so many of you, I'm wishing Senator Sanders a speedy recovery.
