Dear friends,
As the holy month of Ramadan begins, we want to extend our warmest wishes to all Muslim families across Nevada and the country.
For many, Ramadan presents an opportunity to focus on spiritual reflection, self-betterment, patience, and compassion. It is also a time to gather in community for prayer, nightly iftar dinners, and public service.
This year marks the second celebration of Ramadan during the COVID-19 pandemic, which makes this month all the more difficult. But unlike last year, we are now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Next year, we hope all Muslim Americans will be able to gather again to celebrate this holy month. Until then, Ramadan Mubarak to you all and we extend our best wishes to every corner of the country.
Warmly,
Team Susie Lee
