DACA and TPS Screening Tool

Immi is up-to-date and back online with plain-language questions and
answers that guide your clients through a high-level screening for
DACA, TPS, family-based and humanitarian immigration options. Help
people avoid immigration fraud with an educational interview
developed by the Immigration Advocates Network, Pro Bono Net, and the
Immigrant Legal Resource Center. Use immi.org to empower and protect
the community or to screen your incoming clients.

Do Public Benefits Impact Your Client's Case?

People are afraid to get the help they need to keep their families
healthy and secure. According to our partners, immigration lawyers
have been overly cautious and sometimes mistaken in their
benefits-related advice for clients. We worked with the experts at
Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County and the National Immigration
Law Center to create a safe, reliable, and simple screening tool to
educate the public and advocates on public benefits. To learn whether
public benefits affect your client's immigration applications or
status, go to www.keepyourbenefits.org and use the guide.
