On April 9, Joe Biden took a major step toward imposing a left-wing takeover of the U.S. Supreme Court.

As you know, President Donald Trump filled three Supreme Court vacancies during his administration, shifting the Court's balance to a 6-3 conservative majority. That triggered liberals around the country.

To appeal to his progressive base, Joe Biden announced last Friday that he would create a new commission to study the impacts of expanding the Supreme Court bench. He also ordered this unelected commission to look into the unprecedented notion of imposing term limits on Justices, a move that explicitly flies in the face of the Founding Fathers' vision and our Constitution.

I want to emphasize that while this study is concerning, Joe Biden cannot unilaterally expand the number of Supreme Court Justices. He must get a majority of the House and Senate to vote in favor of such an expansion. I will never vote to expand the number of Supreme Court Justices ([link removed]) .

Even Justice Breyer (one of the Court's liberal members) issued a warning about Joe Biden's proposition, saying: "I hope and expect that the court will retain its authority. But that authority, like the rule of law, depends on trust, a trust that the court is guided by legal principle, not politics. Structural alteration motivated by the perception of political influence can only feed that perception, further eroding that trust."

The 2022 election is coming quickly, and the stakes are high. As conservatives, we cannot risk losing a single seat in the U.S. House. With the Supreme Court at stake, we have to support candidates we know will win - and I have a record of winning. Please join our team with a contribution of $25, $50, or even $100. The Biden Administration is aiming to set a dangerous precedent and threatening to undermine one of America's most sacred institutions and our notion of constitutional authority. Stop them NOW.

This is one of the most important issues we'll face in the upcoming election, and one of the reasons why we must take every step possible to back Republicans who will refuse to pack the Supreme Court.
