Team,

GOP legislators aren’t even trying to mask their war on American voting rights.

Over 360 bills to restrict voting rights have already been introduced in 47 states. This assault on our democratic process needs to come to an end, and there are bills Congress can pass to protect our democracy.

Add your name now if you agree that Congress needs to pass these bills to protect voting rights and the rights of Americans to be heard in our democracy!

H.R. 1, also known as the For the People Act, would protect millions of people’s right to vote by ensuring that every state offers early voting, universal access to mail-in voting, and same-day voter registration for federal elections. It would also enact sweeping anti-corruption reforms.

Then there is the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, which would empower the federal government to pre-clear voting laws that could be potentially racially discriminatory.

These are vital pieces of legislation, both aimed at protecting the sanctity of our democracy.

If you agree they need to be passed by Congress swiftly, add your name now.
