John --
In 2020, we saw historic voter turnout across the country -- but according to the New York Times, AAPI voters had the highest voter turnout on record.
This is amazing news. AAPI organizers and voters played a huge role in flipping the Senate blue in Georgia and electing Joe Biden to the White House. When we are fully engaged, we have the chance to finally elect diverse leaders who represent and understand our communities.
The past year has been painful for our community, but it has also triggered a political awakening that we saw the early results of in November. And now, we are working hard to turn this momentum into a lasting movement.
John, it's critical that we turn this momentum into lasting change. Here at ASPIRE, we're working hard to ensure that in 2022, we have a strong slate of diverse, progressive candidates that can win their elections and finally provide stronger AAPI representation in Congress.
If we're going to mobilize voters and support a broad slate of diverse candidates, we need the funds to make it possible. We're launching an ambitious goal to raise $7,500 to kick off our 2022 efforts. Can you chip in now to help us meet our goal? >> [link removed]

Thank you for believing in the power of this community. We know we can elect AAPI leaders to Congress, and with you on our team, we'll make it happen.
