I’ve been wanting to tell you about my favorite Action Network feature:

LADDERS!

Design sophisticated automated ladders of engagement for your activists to move through, sending them customized email based on actions they take.

1. Create an unlimited number of ladders for various scenarios: a simple welcome series, a donor series, or a full campaign series

2. Plan for activists enter ladders when they subscribe, take action, or interact with email

3. Build in a wait -- a day, a week, or until a certain time -- before an activist receives the next email in the ladder

4. Move activists through different paths depending on their personal data
