NYC has arguably the greatest Matching Funds program in the country. Every dollar up to $175 that a New York City resident contributes to a local campaign is matched 8 to 1 by the City. So when you contribute $25, it becomes $225. This system is amazing, and it allows us to run a truly grassroots campaign.
