The language is crystal clear: “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

However, Joe Biden thinks he can pick and choose which amendments in our Bill of Rights he wants to follow because he has just announced federal overreach towards our God-given right to bear arms. He signed multiple executive orders to restrict law-abiding citizens from obtaining a weapon and made it easier for criminals to abuse our 2nd Amendment.

But the government overreach does not stop there. Joe Biden has also announced that he will nominate a new ATF chief, David Chipman, who is an advisor to a gun control group!

I fear this is the beginning for a series of actions to infringe upon the Second Amendment rights of ALL law-advising citizens. We wouldn’t have the 1st Amendment if it wasn’t for the 2nd Amendment!
