25 orangutans will die today. Just like yesterday, and tomorrow.

Palm oil deforestation is killing the last orangutans on our planet, and
if we don’t act now, there won’t be any left by the end of the decade.

We’ve got a plan to stop this massacre before it's too late, but we need
your help to double up now. Will you make a small weekly donation to save
the orangutans from palm oil destruction?

John,

Orangutans need trees to live. But profit-hungry companies are tearing
down and burning their rainforest homes to grow palm oil trees instead.
Orangutans are shot dead when they dare explore these new plantations.

Mondelez, Nestlé, and Unilever all buy this dirty palm oil. It’s
everywhere, from snacks to detergents and make-up. These palm oil-thirsty
brands promised to clean up their act by 2020 -- but they’ve failed
miserably.

But with your help, we can save the last orangutans from cheap palm oil.

Your power has already convinced companies like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and
PepsiCo to commit to no-deforestation palm oil policies. You can help us
do it all again -- and save the orangutans before they’re gone for good.

A small weekly gift from you will help roll out tried and true winning
tactics to transform the whole industry -- before it’s too late. Can I
count on your small weekly donation today?

Multinational corporations’ greed for cheap palm oil has decimated the
rainforests where orangutans live. Every year, millions of acres of
pristine rainforest are destroyed -- and replaced by huge palm oil
plantations.

Deprived of their natural habitat, orangutans starve. When they feed off
palm fruits on plantations, they’re shot. Villagers often find dead
orangutans -- in 2018, one unlucky orangutan was shot 130 times in Borneo.

A weekly donation from you, John, would put us one step ahead
of palm oil villains. Just a few coins a week will help us get the
necessary intel, respond to more tip-offs, and roll out even bolder
tactics to compete with Nestlé, Mondelez, and Unilever’s well-oiled,
well-funded marketing machines.

With your continued support, we can force the palm oil industry to adopt
and enforce stronger standards to protect the rainforest. We CAN save the
orangutans before it's too late -- but we can only do that with you by our
side.

The industry had a firm deadline to achieve its no-deforestation goal by
2020. But instead of actually doing anything about it, it was all empty
promises and expert greenwashing.

Campaigning to push the palm oil industry to do the right thing costs
money -- whether it’s with brand-jamming ads and billboards, viral videos,
or commissioning research to dig up dirt on them.

We may never match the deep pockets of Unilever and Nestlé, but when all
of us chip in a little bit, we become powerful enough to take them on.

Will you please make a weekly gift to save the orangutans?
