John -- A.G. Holder laid it all out in an interview with The Dallas Morning News:

They’ve come up with diabolical ways in which they’re trying to [prevent] people from getting to the polls and get there in a really easy way." |
He was speaking specifically about a bill passed by the Texas Senate that would ban extended voting hours, close polling places in communities of color, and allow partisan poll watchers to record certain voters ("It's really an intimidation tactic," the A.G. said). But he could have been talking about any of the 361 state-level bills to restrict the right to vote.
