First: Stacey Abrams and voting activists across Georgia worked to organize their communities, flipping Georgia from red to blue and delivering both presidential AND senate wins for Democrats!

Then: After record turnout from Black and Brown communities, Georgia Republicans responded by pushing through a racist, extremist voter suppression bill limiting early voting and vote-by-mail – and even making it illegal to provide water to voters waiting in line to cast their ballot.

Now: Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed the NINETY-EIGHT PAGE voter suppression bill into law behind closed doors, making Georgia the first presidential battleground to impose new voting restrictions following President Joe Biden's victory. Georgia’s election restrictions are already being compared to Jim Crow era restrictions.

We can’t let this stand. We must act now to stop voter suppression, elect Democrats, and defeat Republican governors like Brian Kemp. We urgently need 50,000 Democrats to stand with Stacey and stand up to condemn these GOP attacks on voting rights. Will you add your name now?

Brian Kemp’s bill is based on Donald Trump’s big lie about the 2020 elections, but we know the only reason Georgia Republicans are so focused on voting restrictions now is to stop the historic numbers of Black voters from reaching the polls.
