Amazon — a multinational corporation that enriches itself with government contracts and treats its warehouse employees and drivers as subhuman — is an ongoing threat to every working family in America.

In the latest example of why, Amazon has used their money and monopoly power to crush a unionization drive in Alabama.

John, Our Revolution members in Alabama stood side-by-side last month with Amazon workers, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and U.S. Representatives Andy Levin, Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, Terri Sewell, and Nikema Williams as they fought for this historic union.

Together, we demanded that Amazon stop exploiting their workers and respect their fundamental right to unionize — but Amazon used their limitless resources to ensure that they can continue exploiting working people with no consequences.

We have to fight back by demanding that corporate-funded politicians like Joe Manchin don’t betray workers by insisting that the PRO Act (key labor legislation) is stripped from the American Jobs Plan.
