Democratic Attorneys General Association

We told you we would keep you updated on the latest news about Republican efforts to disenfranchise voters and how Democratic AGs are fighting back. Here's the latest update:

Breaking News: Excerpt from NBC News
"Lawmakers introduced 108 restrictive voting bills in less than five weeks this spring..."
"By March 24, state lawmakers had introduced 361 restrictive election bills in 47 state legislatures, according to the nonpartisan Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, which has been tracking the legislation. That's 108 more bills than in the center's last count on February 19, a 43 percent increase."

After Republicans spent months spreading the Big Lie to undermine the results of the 2020 election, they've rushed to pass laws that would make voting harder, especially for communities of color. But Dem AGs won't stop fighting for your right to vote.

Over the past few months, Dem AGs defended key parts of the Voting Rights Act to the Supreme Court, called for federal voting rights legislation, and continued to fight back against Postmaster General DeJoy to ensure that Americans will have the right and ability to vote-by-mail.

We need state attorneys general who will make sure that every legal vote is counted, and that every American has the opportunity to vote. If you agree, help us elect as many Dem AGs as possible with a $5 donation now!
