No person should have to choose between caring for a sick family member or earning their paycheck that day.
The FAMILY Act creates paid leave nationwide, paid for like unemployment insurance or Social Security through a payroll tax.
The U.S. is the only industrialized country in the world that does not have a national policy for paid family and medical leave. It’s time we step it up.
