President Biden strongly rebuked the voter suppression bill Georgia’s gerrymandered General Assembly passed late last month.

The president said Congress should pass the For the People Act to help mitigate the newly enacted anti-voting laws in Georgia. That law places restrictions on vote-by-mail, eliminates drop boxes, and increases unnecessary voter ID requirements.
