We filed our opening brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to overturn an erroneous verdict and defend pro-life journalists.
In a shockingly unjust verdict, a California jury awarded the abortion giant millions of dollars and the judge awarded them more than $13 million in attorney’s fees, even after it was caught in the illegal sale of aborted babies’ body parts.
