Dear Supporter,
I often end my staff meetings saying, “Go save the world.”
They are all young and I am pretty sure they think it is funny, or just that Richard is a bit odd.
But as an oldster, I do not say those words with humor in mind. My experience tells me that saving democracy needs doing.
When facts and reality are being torched for all to see, and so few recognize it as so, I do think our staff, interns or anyone who has their backs are in a struggle for self-governance—to save it from a mob unable or unwilling to distinguish fact from fantasy.
So, we stand and we fight.
