Hi there,

I wanted to give you a quick update on what I have been up to, both in Washington and here at home in New Mexico, where I’ve gotten to spend these last two weeks.

In Washington, we’re working to pass the American Jobs Plan, which will be our nation’s biggest investment in jobs and infrastructure since WWII. This sweeping plan will create millions of good-paying jobs, improve roads and bridges, modernize our electric grid, expand broadband access to rural communities, and raise the corporate tax rates to ensure big companies are paying their fair share.

My team and I are also working to pass the Puerto Rico Admission Act, which will make Puerto Rico the 51st state in our union, and the 21st Century Civilian Conservation Corps Act, which will reinstate the Civilian Conservation Corps and give millions of young people the chance to serve their country through conservation and land management programs.

Here at home, we're doing all we can to help elect Melanie Stansbury in New Mexico’s second congressional district. Thanks to this grassroots team, we’ve already raised over $6,000 to help Melanie’s campaign hit the ground running.

Over these past two weeks I’ve been able to spend time in Albuquerque, Santa Teresa, Las Cruces, Silver City, and Caja del Rio, one of New Mexico’s most precious natural wonders.

Now I’m ready to head back to Washington and continue our work for progress and opportunity. We have a lot to do, and I’m going to need this grassroots team by my side to get it done. Will you chip in a donation of $10 or more to help us continue our work for New Mexico and our country?

If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

$10 → $25 →
$50 → $100 →
$250 → Other →

Thank you. I’ll be in touch soon.

— Martin
