Today, from the Rose Garden, President Biden announced a number of very problematic gun control measures which will very likely require me to go to Court.

According to the Hill newspaper, Biden has “directed the Justice Department to propose rules making homemade *‘ghost guns’ subject to background checks.”*

He is also proposing *“red flag” legislation”* for states and is “asking Justice to *RECLASSIFY PISTOLS* modified with stabilizer braces to be subject to the National Firearms Act.”

Biden is taking these actions at the same time he is *nominating a rabid gun-control advocate* to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Rest assured, West Virginia and other attorneys general will not allow the federal government to run roughshod over our gun rights.

In the upcoming weeks, be on the lookout for our many actions to Defend America from Biden/Pelosi overreach. We need your voice and support as we take on the forces of the far-left and they try to portray their actions as “reasonable.”
