Kevin McCarthy is so confident in his ability to take back the House in 2022, he’s willing to bet his personal home on it.

He is right about one thing: our House majority is the slimmest it has been in recent memory. Historically, the party in power is poised to lose ground in midterm elections, and if we’re not careful, far-right gerrymandering alone could deliver the House to the Republicans.
